Atelier D

Some dinners are worth the drive to the coast, and this is one of them. Atelier D sits right on the Albert I-Promenade in Ostend, with the North Sea filling the windows and Chef Diego De Baets running a kitchen that takes its time. It is refined, French-Belgian, the kind of place where every plate feels considered. We went for the evening you dress up a little, and it delivered.
