Everything this small site knows about you, and what happens when you write to us.
No cookies
This site sets no cookies and asks you for nothing. The typefaces, the map and every photograph come from the site itself, so apart from the visit counter below, your browser talks to no one else while you look around.
What we count
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It keeps nothing on your device and does not follow you from one visit to the next. We only see totals: how many pages were read and which ones, the site you came from, your country and the kind of device.
Where the site lives
Cloudflare hosts the site and our email address. Like any host, it handles technical details such as your IP address to deliver the pages and keep the site safe, under its own privacy policy. We do not collect or keep them.
When you write to us
Write to hello@mezeandmoules.com and your message reaches our own inbox (Cloudflare forwards it to our Gmail). We use your name, your address and what you tell us only to answer you and, if we work together, to plan the visit. We never add you to a mailing list without asking, and we delete your messages whenever you ask us to.
People in our photographs
Strangers sometimes wander into our frames. If you find yourself in one of our photographs, write to us: we will gladly send it to you, or take it down, no questions asked.
Links to elsewhere
Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest are plain links here: nothing from those sites loads on our pages. Once you follow one, their own privacy rules apply.
Your rights
Under European data protection law you may ask what we keep about you, and have it corrected or deleted. Write to hello@mezeandmoules.com and we will take care of it. If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
