Bar Florida

Bar Florida in Leuven turns a 1930s warehouse on the Vaartkom into something closer to Miami, palm neon included. We took a terrace table on a warm Saturday evening, started with cocktails and let the plates take over, baba ganoush with warm pita, sticky wings, wedges that went first. We left past the bar well after the kitchen closed, which says enough. For the evening you want dinner to feel a little like a holiday. Save this one for the next warm one.
