Sambar

Sambar is a specialty coffee bar on the Diestsestraat in Leuven, opened by a young coureur, and he was in the room when we stopped by. We picked a cosy table on a warm Saturday, two iced lattes between us, and only later noticed the window seat looks straight out at Rijwielen Jacobs, selling bikes across the street since 1924. Koffie en koers, on both sides of the street. One for anyone, for those who likes their coffee slow or rather a little faster.
