Zuske

We took the train to Ostend and ended up eating our way around the world, two streets back from the sea. Zuske does it all as wraps, naans and salads. There’s a Turkish köfte, a Lebanese halloumi, a Mexican with guacamole, and you finish on a baklava croissant with a glass of Turkish tea. “The world tastes good” is the whole point, and they mean it. It’s a pastel little room run by Orkun and Kenny, the kind of place that turns a day trip into a small holiday.

Save it for your next day on the coast. And tell us, which one are you ordering: Turkish, Lebanese or Mexican?
